When your team wins a Fireteam Mission, points will be divided amongst your squad, letting you progress through the ranks of the Marine Corps infantry, starting as a Private and working up towards a Second Lieutenant.
The highest-ranking player in a Fireteam Mission will be Team Leader by default.
